I am a Certified Fitness Coach with 4+ years of professional experience in the fitness industry, certified by ACE, GGFI and SPEFL-SC Level 5. Certification in Sports Nutrition from IFSI, Pune. I bring 12 years of overall professional experience, combining fitness expertise with a strong background in people management, counselling, and behavioural understanding.
Over the past 4+ years, I have trained diverse clientele across age group and fitness level, including corporate professionals, business owners, students, homemakers, new mothers, and busy working professionals, both male and female clients. Working with such a varied clientele has given me experience in adapting training to different lifestyles, fitness levels, schedules, physical abilities, and individual goals.
My areas of expertise include strength & conditioning, fat loss, muscle development, functional fitness, mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, and customised exercise programming. I design training programmes around each client’s goals, fitness level, lifestyle, movement needs, and available time, with a strong focus on safe, progressive, effective and sustainable training.
Along with training, I provide practical nutritional guidance, motivation, accountability, and behavioural support to help clients develop sustainable habits and achieve long-term results.
My coaching philosophy is simple: fitness is not one-size-fits-all. I believe in understanding the individual first and then creating a structured, progressive, and sustainable approach that helps each client become stronger, fitter, healthier, and more confident.
My goal as a coach is to combine professional training expertise, personalised programming, nutrition, motivation, and human connection to help every client achieve meaningful and lasting results.
