Not necessarily. Many workouts can be done with minimal or no equipment. However, depending on your goals, having access to basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, Kettlebells or a yoga mat can be beneficial. We can also suggest alternatives using household items.
Progress is tracked through regular check-ins (measurements), fitness assessments, and adjustments to your workout and nutrition plans. We also encourage clients to keep a fitness journal and take progress photos to visually document their journey. Online Personal Training members(app users) can update there measurements on the app itself, whenever asked.
