With a Diploma in Sports Coaching from the National Institute of Sports and a Master’s in Physical Education from Guru Nanak Dev University, he blends deep academic knowledge in fitness.
He is also ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning certified, which ensures every program is built on proven principles of safe and effective training.
Before moving into the fitness and fat-loss space, Sajan worked with Sports Authority of India, where he developed athletes’ strength, power and endurance at the highest level.
