Coach Mahima


Mahima is a REPS India registered personal trainer with a Diploma in Personal Training from the K11 School of Fitness Sciences.


She has been training clients since 2021 and has gained valuable hands-on experience working with well-known fitness brands such as Anytime Fitness.


Her coaching approach is built on simplicity, sustainability, and personalisation. Mahima believes fitness should never feel overwhelming or extreme-instead, it should become a part of everyday life.


She focuses on helping clients build habits, improve their form and training techniques, and follow realistic nutrition plans that fit the Indian lifestyle.


Over the years, she has helped clients lose fat, gain strength, and develop confidence through structured strength training and habit-based coaching.


She enjoys working especially with beginners and women who want to feel stronger, improve their shape, and build a healthier routine without crash diets or complicated workouts.


Mahima’s goal is not just to change the way her clients look, but to improve how they feel, move, and live. She believes that fitness is a journey of self-care, and every person deserves a training method that suits their lifestyle and long-term goals.
